No. Our sheets and mats do not connect to power. They connect to the ground pin only, the same path used for appliance safety. The cord includes a 1 MΩ in line safety resistor that limits any fault current to a tiny level.
Use it safely like this:
Plug into a properly grounded three prong outlet or our approved ground rod
Verify the outlet with a simple three light outlet tester before first use
Use only our supplied cord and adapter
Do not use if the cord, snap, or adapter is damaged
Keep cords dry and away from heat or sharp edges
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, ask your clinician first
If an outlet is miswired or ungrounded, do not use the product until that is fixed.
